Conference Producer Vacancies
Mid to director level

We currently have a number of exciting and well rewarded conference production and project management positions available in some of the best UK and global commercial conference companies.

Remuneration is extremely competitive and dependent on experience and responsibility. We have conference producer positions available from mid level to senior director level. Most vacancies are permanent but some temporary (freelance) contract positions are also available.

Individual conference producer roles have some specific criteria but all candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of successful events, be an excellent researcher and communicator and be able to:

• Act as project manager and co-ordinate all elements of the conference
• Research new markets and identify areas of commercial interest
• Select, invite and secure the very best speakers
• Take control of a budget and be responsible for the ROI of the conference
• Provide detailed reporting at all stages
• Work on more than one project at a time and to strict deadlines
• Provide written and verbal briefs to other departments
• Write powerful and high quality copy
• Generate new ideas for future conferences and products

Marketing, sales and management experience can be a bonus (although not necessarily required). Specific industry sector experience can be a benefit for some positions but most of our clients are more interested in the skills above.
