Conference producers

Infinitum Event Consulting provides permanent and freelance conference producers for business event and exhibition organisers.

Producers are normally responsible for the content of conference programmes. Duties can include researching the industry or market sector the conference is aimed at, deciding key topics and selecting and inviting speakers.

Many experienced producers will act as project manager for the event, guiding other members of the team. Some producers will also be able to market and generate delegate and sponsorship sales. They are also ideally positioned to generate ideas for new conferences and products.

Other duties can include running the event on-site and establish detailed feedback post-event.
